A simpler way to book
Enter your property details and preferred date online. We check coverage and availability, then contact you to agree the visit and certificate delivery arrangements. Payment is due after the assessment visit.
Clear prices and coverage
Standard visits from £65, next working day £80 and same day £110 for up to 3 bedrooms. Each extra bedroom £10. No VAT added. Our current coverage is England and Wales.
