Who looks after your information?

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, property address, postcode, property type, bedrooms and preferred visit details to respond to your request and arrange an assessment. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We use limited security information to prevent abuse, under our legitimate interests in protecting the service. Please do not include health information, access codes or other sensitive information in the form.

Who can access it?

Authorised Homeward operations staff can access your request. We share necessary contact, property and visit information with the assessor selected to arrange or deliver your assessment. Hosting and database providers process information on our behalf through the ChatGPT Sites platform. Information may be processed outside the UK using the platform’s applicable data protection arrangements. Homeward records are kept separately from Halcyra’s scheduling product records.

How long do we keep it?

Unconverted enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 12 months. If you book a service, we retain the records required for that service, legal obligations and accounting, normally for six years after the relevant accounting period. We retain audit information needed to resolve issues and protect the service. These reviews are carried out by the operator.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use or object where applicable. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. We do not add you to marketing lists from this form. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and storage

We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. The owner sign-in uses platform authentication cookies. The form keeps your draft in memory while it is open; submitted requests are stored in the database. We do not ask you to create a customer account.
