A request comes first

Submitting this form asks us to contact you about a domestic EPC assessment. It does not form a contract, reserve an assessor, guarantee a visit date or create a payment obligation. You can withdraw a request at any time before agreeing a booking by contacting us with your reference.

Prices

For up to three bedrooms: standard visit £65; next working day £80; same working day £110. Each additional bedroom costs £10. No VAT is added to the displayed prices. These are assessment prices, not charges for submitting a request. If the property is outside the stated scope, we will explain any revised quotation before you decide whether to proceed.

Availability and confirmation

Preferred dates, urgent services, bank holidays and postcode coverage are subject to assessor availability. We will agree the visit, access requirements, arrival arrangements, final price, certificate delivery timescale and applicable service terms with you before accepting a booking. No automatic confirmation email is sent by this request form.

Payment and cancellation

No card details or payment are taken here. Payment for an agreed assessment is due after the visit, using arrangements agreed separately. Before you enter a service contract, we will provide its cancellation information, including applicable statutory cancellation rights and any express request needed for a service to begin during a cancellation period. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
