When do I pay?

After your assessment visit. No payment or card details are needed to book.

Can I choose my visit date?

Choose your preferred date online. We check coverage and assessor availability, then contact you to agree the visit. A request does not reserve a date.

Where do you cover?

We accept domestic EPC requests for England and Wales, subject to assessor availability and postcode checks. Scotland and Northern Ireland are not included.

What happens after I send a request?

Your request is securely saved for our team to review. We contact you to agree availability, the visit and certificate delivery arrangements. No automatic email is sent, and no payment or contract is created when you submit.
